Kinetic massage started for joint pain relief, and joint inflammation while increasing joint flexibility. This is more similar to a sports massage, as you will be fully clothed and lotion will only be used for the neck treatment. But why not just a regular massage? The idea behind kinetic massage is that the body heals best when it’s involved in the process. Because you are helping the muscles release tension and knots by using their own physiology, it will often feel gentler than a regular massage. *You will be doing lots of moving during treatments please be sure you are able to flip over on the table unassisted* Perfect for treating muscle dysfunction, neurovascular compression, and joint restrictions. Also helps with pain relief, improved body mechanics, normalize range of motion and joint function, strengthen muscles and other connective tissues, enhanced blood circulation, postural correction, treatment and management of injury.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
